Instructions for Presenters

1. Presentation Timing

Each paper presenter will have 25 minutes to speak. Five minutes are allocated for discussion.

2. Audio-visual Equipment

Room will be equipped with a video projector and a computer to allow speakers to control use of their PowerPoint presentations. Presenters will also be able to use their own computer (PC or MAC).

An overhead projector and a 35mm slide projector will also be available.

3. Posters

The poster board size is 147cm high by 87.5 cm wide (58 inches by 34 inches).
